ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using the Improved Peptides website (improvedpeptides.com) or purchasing any products from us, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our website or purchase our products.

These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Buyer,” “you,” or “your”) and Improved Company LLC (“Improved Peptides,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

ELIGIBILITY

You must be at least 21 years of age and legally able to enter into binding contracts to use this website and purchase our products. By placing an order, you represent and warrant that you meet these requirements.

Our products are sold exclusively for legitimate in vitro laboratory research purposes. By purchasing, you represent that you are a qualified researcher or institution conducting lawful research.

RESEARCH USE ONLY

All products sold by Improved Peptides are strictly for in vitro laboratory research purposes only. By purchasing any product, you agree and acknowledge that:

• Products are not for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application
• Products are not drugs, supplements, food additives, or cosmetics
• Products are not approved by the FDA for any medical or therapeutic use
• You will not use, resell, or distribute products for any purpose other than legitimate laboratory research
• You assume full responsibility for the legal and safe handling of all purchased products

Violation of these terms constitutes a material breach of this agreement and may result in immediate termination of your account and refusal of future orders.

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance by Improved Peptides. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.

• Payment is due at the time of purchase
• You are responsible for ensuring that all order information (shipping address, contact details) is accurate
• We reserve the right to limit quantities on any order

PAYMENTS, DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACKS

All orders are placed voluntarily and authorized by you at checkout. You agree to contact support@improvedpeptides.com and allow us five business days to resolve any billing or fulfillment issue before initiating a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider. You agree that your acceptance of these Terms, your order records, delivery confirmation, and related communications may be submitted as evidence in any dispute. A chargeback filed in breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse future orders, cancel pending orders, and recover costs associated with unwarranted payment reversals. Payments made by Zelle or cryptocurrency are final once confirmed, except as provided in our Returns and Refunds policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines and methods are described on our Shipping Information page. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery estimates, Improved Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are sealed research materials, opened items cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded when reported with photos within 14 days of delivery.

Our return and refund policy is described in detail on our Returns & Refunds page. By making a purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms of that policy, which is incorporated into these Terms of Service by reference.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, images, product descriptions, and software — is the property of Improved Company LLC and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works from any content without our prior written consent.

The Improved Peptides name, logo, and all related marks are trademarks of Improved Company LLC.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of our products shall not exceed the total amount you paid to us for the specific product(s) giving rise to the claim.

Products are provided “as-is” for research purposes. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding fitness for any particular purpose beyond the specifications stated on the certificate of analysis for each batch.

INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Improved Company LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys’ fees) arising from your use of our products, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party rights.

GOVERNING LAW & DISPUTE RESOLUTION

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Oklahoma.

Before initiating any formal legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve any dispute informally by contacting us at support@improvedpeptides.com.

MODIFICATIONS TO TERMS

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes become effective upon posting to this page with an updated “Last Updated” date. Your continued use of the website after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

We encourage you to review these Terms periodically for any updates.

SMS PROGRAM TERMS

The Improved Peptides SMS program sends two separately consented categories of recurring automated text messages.

Order Related (Transactional) Messages

By providing your phone number at checkout, where a disclosure directly below the phone number field states that order related messages will be sent, you consent to receive order related text messages: order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, and payment reminders.

Marketing Messages

Marketing text messages (restock alerts, new product announcements, exclusive offers) are sent only if you also check the separate, dedicated marketing consent checkbox at checkout. The checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required. Marketing consent is collected separately from transactional consent and applies only to Improved Peptides.

Consent is not a condition of any purchase. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.

You can cancel at any time by replying STOP. After you send STOP, we will send one final message confirming you have been unsubscribed. For help, reply HELP or contact support@improvedpeptides.com.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Your mobile information and SMS opt-in consent are collected directly by Improved Peptides and are not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
