ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

ORDERS & PAYMENT

All orders are subject to acceptance by Improved Peptides. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our sole discretion, including but not limited to cases of suspected fraud, unauthorized use, or violation of these terms.

PAYMENTS, DISPUTES, AND CHARGEBACKS

All orders are placed voluntarily and authorized by you at checkout. You agree to contact support@improvedpeptides.com and allow us five business days to resolve any billing or fulfillment issue before initiating a dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal with your bank or payment provider. You agree that your acceptance of these Terms, your order records, delivery confirmation, and related communications may be submitted as evidence in any dispute. A chargeback filed in breach of this section constitutes a material breach of these Terms. We reserve the right to refuse future orders, cancel pending orders, and recover costs associated with unwarranted payment reversals. Payments made by Zelle or cryptocurrency are final once confirmed, except as provided in our Returns and Refunds policy.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping timelines and methods are described on our Shipping Information page. While we make every effort to meet stated delivery estimates, Improved Peptides is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, or other events beyond our control.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

Because our products are sealed research materials, opened items cannot be returned. Damaged, defective, or incorrect items are replaced or refunded when reported with photos within 14 days of delivery.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
