Order Related (Transactional) Messages
When you provide your phone number at checkout, a disclosure shown directly below the phone number field states that we will send order related text messages (order confirmations, shipping and delivery updates, payment reminders). By providing your phone number where this disclosure is shown, you consent to receive these order related messages only.
Marketing Messages
Marketing text messages (restock alerts, new product announcements, exclusive offers) are sent only to customers who also check a separate, dedicated marketing consent checkbox at checkout. This checkbox is unchecked by default and is never required. Marketing consent is collected separately from transactional consent and applies only to Improved Peptides.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. All other categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
We do not sell your mobile phone number or SMS consent. Consent to receive text messages is given directly to Improved Peptides and is not a condition of any purchase.
Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message. Reply HELP for help or contact support@improvedpeptides.com. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with or sold to any third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
