You will comply with all applicable local, state, and federal laws regarding the purchase, possession, handling, storage, and disposal of research chemicals in your jurisdiction.

PRODUCT CLASSIFICATION

All Improved Peptides products are classified as research chemicals / research peptides. They are:

Not evaluated, approved, or regulated by the FDA as drugs or supplements
Not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease
Not intended for use in food production, cosmetics, or agriculture
Sold solely for the purpose of scientific research conducted in controlled laboratory environments

PROHIBITED USES

The following uses of our products are strictly prohibited:

Ingestion, injection, inhalation, or any route of administration to humans or animals
Use in the manufacture of consumer products, supplements, or pharmaceuticals
Resale or redistribution as consumer-ready products
Marketing or labeling as products intended for human or animal use
Any application not consistent with legitimate in vitro research

Violation of these prohibitions constitutes a breach of our Terms of Service and may result in account termination, refusal of future orders, and potential legal action.

SAFETY AND HANDLING

Buyers are responsible for the safe handling, storage, and disposal of all research compounds in accordance with applicable safety data sheets (SDS) and institutional protocols. Improved Peptides recommends:

Handling all compounds in a properly equipped laboratory environment
Using appropriate personal protective equipment (PPE)
Following standard laboratory safety practices for chemical handling
Storing compounds according to specifications provided with each product
Disposing of unused compounds in accordance with local waste disposal regulations

LIABILITY

Improved Peptides LLC assumes no liability for any misuse of products sold through our website. The buyer assumes all risk and responsibility for the use, handling, storage, and disposal of purchased products. By completing a purchase, you indemnify Improved Peptides LLC against any claims, damages, or liabilities arising from misuse or violation of these terms.

ENFORCEMENT

Improved Peptides reserves the right to refuse service, cancel orders, or terminate accounts of any buyer suspected of violating this Research Use Only policy. We actively monitor for misuse and take enforcement seriously to protect the integrity of the research supply chain.
