ORDER CONFIRMED
You’ll receive an email confirmation immediately after checkout. Your order enters our fulfillment queue and is assigned to the current batch.
QUALITY VERIFICATION
Your specific batch is matched against its certificate of analysis. Each vial is inspected for seal integrity, labeling accuracy, and correct dosage before it leaves our facility.
PACKAGING & DISPATCH
Products are packaged in protective, temperature-appropriate packaging and handed off to USPS. Orders placed before 3 PM CT ship the same business day.
TRACKING EMAIL SENT
Once your order is scanned by the carrier, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a direct link to monitor delivery progress in real time.
DELIVERED
Standard delivery typically arrives within 2–4 business days after shipping. Delivery times may vary for remote areas, Alaska, and Hawaii.
ADDITIONAL SHIPPING DETAILS
All orders are shipped in plain, unmarked packaging with no external branding or product descriptions visible. The return address shows our company name only.
Lyophilized peptides are stable at room temperature during transit. Our packaging is designed to protect against typical temperature variations during shipping. For extended storage after arrival, refrigeration is recommended.
In the rare event your order is lost or damaged in transit, contact us at support@improvedpeptides.com with your order number and we’ll investigate and make it right.
We can ship to P.O. boxes and military APO/FPO addresses via USPS. Please note that delivery to these addresses may take additional time beyond our standard estimate.
Our same-day shipping cutoff is 3 PM CT, Monday through Friday. Orders placed after this cutoff, or on weekends and holidays, ship the next business day. You’ll still receive a confirmation email immediately regardless of when you order.
