ORDERING

Browse our shop, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. We accept major credit cards and process orders securely. You’ll receive an order confirmation email immediately after checkout.

No. There is no minimum order requirement. You can purchase a single item or order in bulk — both are welcome.

If your order has not yet shipped, contact us at support@improvedpeptides.com as soon as possible. We process orders quickly — often same-day — so reach out immediately if you need changes. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be modified.

We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed through a secure, PCI-compliant payment gateway.

Yes. For bulk or wholesale inquiries, contact us at support@improvedpeptides.com with the compounds and quantities you need. We’ll respond with custom pricing within 1 business day.

SHIPPING

Orders placed before 2PM CST Monday through Friday ship same business day. Orders placed after 2PM or on weekends ship the next business day.

We ship via USPS Priority Mail as our standard method. Expedited options may be available at checkout depending on your location.

At this time, we only ship within the United States. International shipping may be offered in the future.

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to track your package. If you haven’t received a tracking email within 2 business days of ordering, contact us.

PRODUCTS

Yes. Every batch is independently tested by an accredited third-party laboratory. We publish certificates of analysis (COAs) for every product, available in our COA Library.

All of our peptides are verified at 99%+ purity via HPLC testing. Each COA includes the exact purity percentage for the specific batch you receive.

No. All products sold by Improved Peptides are strictly for laboratory research use only. They are not intended for human consumption, veterinary use, or any therapeutic application. Please review our Research Use Only policy for more details.

Lyophilized (freeze-dried) peptides should be stored in a cool, dry place away from direct light. For long-term storage, refrigeration or freezing is recommended. Once reconstituted, peptides should be refrigerated and used within a reasonable timeframe per your research protocol.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We accept returns on unopened, unused products within 30 days of delivery. Due to the nature of research compounds, opened or reconstituted products cannot be returned. See our full Returns & Refunds policy for details.

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 3–5 business days. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the credit to your account.

Contact us immediately at support@improvedpeptides.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

No. You can check out as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track orders, save your information, and check out faster on future purchases.
