RETURNS & REFUNDS
All sales are final. Due to the nature of our products and strict quality control standards, Improved Peptides does not accept general returns. Exceptions are made only for verified manufacturer defects or confirmed shipping damage, subject to the conditions below.
WHEN WE MAY ISSUE A REPLACEMENT OR CREDIT
- Product arrived visibly damaged during shipping (crushed, broken, leaking)
- Incorrect item shipped (wrong compound or quantity vs. order)
- Verified manufacturer defect confirmed by our quality team
- Opened, reconstituted, or partially used products
- Change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or ordering errors
- Products beyond the 14-day claim window
- Items stored improperly by the buyer (temperature, light exposure, etc.)
- Cosmetic packaging issues that do not affect product integrity
- Dissatisfaction with research results or outcomes
- Any product where the seal, label, or lot number has been altered or removed
HOW TO FILE A CLAIM
Do not send products back without first contacting us. All claims require prior authorization.
SUBMIT A CLAIM
Email support@improvedpeptides.com within 14 days of delivery. You must include:
- Order number
- Description of the issue
- Clear, timestamped photos showing the defect or damage
- Photos of the shipping packaging (for damage claims)
- Photo of the product lot number / label (must match our shipping records)
Claims submitted without complete documentation will be denied.
REVIEW & VERIFICATION
Our team will review your claim within 2 business days. We may request additional documentation or photos. All claims are subject to internal verification including lot number matching and order record review.
RESOLUTION
If your claim is approved:
- Shipping damage: Replacement shipped or store credit issued (at our discretion)
- Wrong item shipped: Correct item shipped at no cost
- Manufacturer defect: Replacement or store credit after product is returned and inspected
Refunds to original payment method are issued only in rare cases and solely at the discretion of Improved Peptides.
RETURN SHIPMENT (IF REQUIRED)
If we request the product be returned:
- You will receive a Claim Authorization (CA) number and shipping instructions
- Product must be returned in original packaging with all labels and lot numbers intact
- Return shipping is at the buyer’s expense
- Returned products are subject to full inspection — lot number, label integrity, weight, and seal verification
- Returns that fail inspection (mismatched lot numbers, tampered labels, incorrect weight, or substituted contents) will be denied, shipped back at buyer’s expense, and may result in account suspension
All claims, returns, and refunds are processed at the sole discretion of Improved Peptides. We are under no obligation to approve any claim.
CHARGEBACKS & PAYMENT DISPUTES
If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute without first contacting us, we reserve the right to:
- Contest the chargeback with full order documentation
- Suspend your account pending resolution
- Refuse future orders regardless of dispute outcome
We encourage all customers to contact us directly before initiating a dispute with their payment provider.
